Objective: Establish a central hub for resources, mentorship, and best
practices in business.
Initiatives:

Partner with Global Business Consulting Firms to provide consultation to the general board and all financial members.

Establish a Career Service Coordinator (IHQ) to be the liaison in connecting corporations with members seeking career opportunities.

Create a repository of case studies, success stories, and business plans to serve as a learning tool for all members.
2. Educate Alumni and Collegiate Members on the Keys to Business Success
Objective: Provide comprehensive business education tailored to both
alumni and collegiate members.
Initiatives:

Establish an Alumni and Collegiate BBB Gateway during the Intake Process.

Establish a structured BBB Mentoring Program between Alumni and Collegiate Members.

Host regular business seminars and workshops covering topics such as financial literacy, business planning, marketing, and leadership.

Leverage digital platforms to deliver educational content and interactive learning experiences.


3. Prepare Future Entrepreneurs
Objective: Equip members with the knowledge, skills, and resources
needed to launch and sustain successful businesses.
Initiatives:

Establish a Billboard Jackson Entrepreneurship Conference to network and raise awareness about business innovation.

Establish a Collegiate Entrepreneurship Program (CEP) to provide formal training, development, and broad business exposure to prepare “Collegiate Members” for future success.

Create and include an Entrepreneurship and BBB Curriculum in the Walter M. Clarke Leadership Academy.

Launch an incubator program that supports beginning entrepreneurs with mentorship, funding, and business development services.

Provide access to a network of investors, venture capitalists, and business advisors to help members secure funding and scale their ventures.
4. Enhance Current BBB Initiatives
Objective: Strengthen and expand existing BBB programs to maximize
their impact.
Initiatives:

Create a formal process to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, feasibility, and sustainability of current BBB initiatives.

Expand partnerships with corporations, non-profits, and educational institutions to sponsor and assist in advancing BBB programs
